2. Accuracy and Verification

While our system is designed for high-precision extraction, the final output depends on the quality, resolution, and formatting of the source document. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the parsed data.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• Technical Failure: A full refund of credits will be issued if the system fails to generate any output.
• Unused Credits: You may request a full refund for any unused credit packages within 14 days of purchase through Paddle.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Credits used for successfully generated documents, regardless of minor formatting or parsing inaccuracies.
• Documents with poor scan quality that prevent optimal AI recognition.
